We are a fast growing interior contractor company is now seeking for a potential candidates for this following position:

Project Coordinator

Qualifications :

Responsibilities :

* As a client principal contact on design & project management matters
* As lead of team / Principal or first assistant to Project Designer
* Has a basic knowledge on interior design, detailing & material
* To manage & coordinate on site during construction stage of all consultant , suppliers, building management & all contractors involved in the project
* Know to prepare the project schedule, progress & curva S
* Have skill to prepare project budget estimate and to record all variations during construction
* To prepare the project final account & the final as built drawing, after completion of project

Requirements :

Positive attitude and results oriented, strong communication skills and leadership quality

* A minimum experience of 3 years in similar position
* A recognized degree (S1) in interior design preferred
* posses good computer knowledge and skills of CAD, 3D Max, Power Point , MS Project and Photoshop .
* High creative, self motivated, hard worker and should be able to work under high pressure and long hours to meet deadline
* Customer satisfaction oriented
* Required language(s): english and bahasa indonesia
* To attach reference of completed project reference and job description of each project
