PROPERTY MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Pendidikan minimal S1 with minimum GPA of 2.8 with the leading universities are preferred field of study Civil Engineering, Electrical, Architecture, Engineering, Agriculture, Economic Management, Accounting)

2. Having experience in the world of Property Management at least 3 years.

3. Male, age maximum 37 years, mainly Britain and can speak Mandarin.

4. Able to be assertive in making decisions and be able to analyze and strategic.

5. Has a ‘bone sense’ is good.

6. Have the ability as a leader to manage a team, have initiative and innovative.

7. Have persuasive communication skills and marketing abilities.

8. Negotiating skills.

9. Willing to be placed in Jakarta (JKT) Pekalongan (PKLNG), Madiun (MD), Lampung (LPNG), Serang (SR), Cilegon (CLN), Banjarmasin (BJRSN), Surabaya (SBY), Pontianak (PNTK)
