Sales Manager – Software Solutions (Jarkata)
Job function:

This role is to achieve sales targets for Compuware’s distributed products in Indonesia, including our IT Service Management solutions and IT Portfolio Management solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

* Serve as the sales person for Compuware’ distributed software solutions within an assigned territory

* Maintain call rates with established customers in an assigned territory to defend those accounts from competitors’ activities

* Identify sales prospects or following leads from advertising and other sources

* Arrange and conduct product demonstrations and presentations

* Negotiate price and volume discounts within well defined schedules and guidelines

* Monitor and report competitors’ sales activities in the territory

* Responsible for prospect development and customer satisfaction in the assigned territory

* Provide territory management activities such as: sales call reports, normal territory analysis, updating the sales and marketing database, timely forecast and expense reporting and territory insights

Job Requirements

* Senior level of sales experience (at least 5 years), preferably selling software solutions to senior (C-Level) executives

* Technical acumen with the ability to present and sell technology products in a business context

* Have excellent account relationships in the market with IT decision makers such as CIO, IT Directors/Managers

* Ability to establish client relationships and network within organizations

* Ability to qualify opportunities, assess prospect value and forecast sales opportunities

* Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills

* Desire to participate in Compuware sales training, tools training, and ongoing product specialization training

* Ability to drive the sales process from prospecting through closure
