COLLECTION MANAGER

Summary:

Directs the efforts of the Collection Department toward achieving the overall company service and profit goals by; training and developing Collection Staff, analyzing competitive client performance and implementing work strategies to improve organizational competitive posture, managing key Collector performance indicators to exceed assigned goals, collaborating with all support personnel to ensure we achieve top performance and client satisfaction at all levels.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Support the development and ensure the proper control of Collection systems are in place to effectively monitor collection operations
*Provide all policies and procedures that related to Collection operations
*Ensure the smooth day to day operations of Collection department and communication between other department
*Responsible to have all assigned reports produced on time with accuracy and distributed to all parties
*Ensure that all co-workers assigned to Collection department are well trained in their job tasks
*Conduct monthly performance reviews on assigned personnel
*Ensure that initial and on-going training is conducted for all Collection personnel as needed
*Strategize and plan pro-actively on the monthly Collection strategies and able to track and monitor performance and provide key performance indicators of Collection personnel on periodical basis
*Establish team spirit among Collection personnel, consistently build confidence and motivate all Collection personnel to strive towards achieving the target
*Directly supervises members of Collection team; Applicant will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

*Preferably with 5 to 6 years working experience in credit control, collections, or credit administration in banking or financing environment with hands on supervisory responsibility
*Experience with Micro Financing/Micro Banking is a plus
*Posses good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills along with understanding of collection concepts, delinquency flow rates and legal proceeding for non payment
*Proficiency written and spoken in Indonesian and English is a must
