There are several expertise in this position that mostly involves client side programming, such as:
* HTML and CSS Scripting
* JavaScript Scripting
* Flash ActionScript Scripting
* PHP and MySql Hacking
Qualities:
* Female/Male max 24 years old.
* Responsible and resistant to under pressure.
* Have a good design taste.
* Enjoy browsing and researching on web trends.
* Eager to learn and a quick learner.

Skills:
* * (X)HTML and CSS
* JavaScript
* Flash and Action Script
* * Adobe Photoshop / GIMP
* Adobe Illustrator
WEB DESIGNER :
Qualification
Qualities:
* Female/Male max 25 years old.
* Energetic, Creative, Self motivated, Initiative and etc…
* Honest, hard worker, fast learner, and team player.
* Able to work professionally under pressure and tight deadline.
* Have a very excellent taste in design.

* Have a strong background on graphic design.
* * Computer literate (office, internet, email).
* Able to make a concept and communicate through design.
* * Able to operate graphic processing software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
